For Case Managers, Counselors, and Discharge Planners

What you can expect when you place a client with us

We are a new home, and we would rather earn your trust with how we operate than with a page of testimonials. Here is what we commit to on every placement.

1

You get an answer the same day

Call or email about a bed and you hear back within , with a yes or a no. You will never be left guessing while your client waits on a discharge date.

2

You get a direct line, not a call center

You have the cell number of the person who runs the house. If something happens at 9pm, you reach a decision maker, not voicemail.

3

You hear it from us first

If your client leaves, relapses, or is asked to go, you get a call from us that day, with their written consent on file. No surprises, no silence.

4

Everything is in writing

A written resident agreement and a written intake process. We will send you both before you place anyone.

5

We tell you when we are not a fit

If a client needs a level of care we do not provide, we will say so and try to point you somewhere better. We would rather lose a placement than take one we cannot handle.

Documents we will send you on request

  • Resident agreement
  • Intake and screening process

Have a client who needs a placement?

Call and we will tell you what is open, whether your client is a fit, and what the next step looks like. You get a straight answer either way.
